Architectural Changes

Any changes to the exterior of a home in Sans Famille require HOA Board approval; we have an architectural committee in place to handle such requests. This is very much a collaborative process ⎯ here’s how it works. The homeowner contemplating a change first completes an architectural change form, and obtains agreement from all neighbors who adjoin the property to be changed. The architectural committee then vets the proposed changes for conformity with the bylaws, impact on neighbors, compatibility with the design of the original structure and general tone of Sans Famille.
